[1] Please check the issue date (Service start date: December 1, 2025)

Only data issued after the service start date can be searched.

Also, Gem Identification Reports can be searched within the past 5 years from the issue date. Data issued before this period cannot be searched.

Please check the issue date of your Gem Identification Report.

[How to check the issue date]

Gem Identification Report ⇒ 6-digit number at the bottom right. In the order of month, day, year.

[2] Please check the number you entered in the Identification Report Number field.
If the number is incorrect, you cannot search. Please note that pearl identification reports are not supported at this time.

[3] Please check that the "I am not a robot" checkbox is checked.

Q Can the printed search results replace the official Gem Identification Report?

Only the original Gem Identification Report can guarantee the identification results. Please be aware of this.
